Dimensions: Tolerance requirements such as thread diameter, length, pitch, head diameter, head thickness, tolerance, R angle, etc. must be clearly marked.
Material: Different materials have different mechanical properties. Although the material can be selected according to customer requirements, the production process sometimes limits the material. For example, stainless steel 304 is not suitable for turning, and 303 is not suitable for cold pier. Different size requirements need to choose different materials and so on.
Production process: The process includes cold heading, machining, CNC and other processing methods. The tolerances of screws made by different production methods are different. This should be selected according to the tolerance requirements of the product.
Surface treatment: heat treatment, electroplating process, salt spray corrosion resistance test and other requirements.
